Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a communication network mounted on a vehicle, which can commonly use a communication line without allowing an ECU to malfunction by providing a switching means to divide a control group mounted on a vehicle into a first control group mounted on a vehicle and a second control group mounted on a vehicle.
CONSTITUTION: Since while communication is performed only between ECUs 1 and 32 with a switching circuit 104 opened, communication data are not transmitted from the ECUs 1 and 32 to ECUs 33 and 34, the communication data from the ECUs 1 and 32 do not affect the data transmission to the ECU 33 and 34. Since while communication is performed only between the ECUs 33 and 34, communication data are not transmitted from the ECUs 33 and 34 to the ECUs 1 and 32, the communication data from the ECUs 33 and 34 do not affect the data transmission to the ECUs 1 and 32. That is, the ECUs 1 and 32 and the ECUs 33 and 34 are prohibited from performing communication. While communication is performed between the ECUs 1 and 32, the ECUs 1 and 32 can perform different communication simultaneously.
