Abstract:
To provide an inexpensive robot for supporting communications which removes anxiety from a patient and allows an early recovery of the patient by standing by and making enough communications with the patient, and also saves doctors or nurses labor.SOLUTION: Robots 1a and 1b, which support communications, have conversations with a patient 7 by using AI software 13 of a robot server 11 and a sound recognition/conversation database 17. The sound recognition/conversation database 17 stores a part of the profiles of the patient 7, doctors, and nurses. The profiles are stored in the database of a management server 12 of a medical facility and is stored in the sound recognition/conversation database 17 by the AI software of the management server 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
