Abstract:
A communication device has a transmission/reception unit and a communication processing unit. The transmission/reception unit is formed in accordance with multiple communication methods. The communication processing unit selects one of the multiple communication methods in accordance with a predetermined selection rule for each time slot based on a device time, and establishes communication via the transmission/reception unit by means of the selected communication method. The communication processing unit executes a communication state acquisition process for acquiring the communication state of the multiple communication methods. The aforementioned predetermined selection rule includes an adaptive selection rule (160) for selecting at a higher selection ratio a communication method having an excellent communication state from among the multiple communication methods.
