Abstract:
To convey to a customer an atmosphere of a place where a trip or the like is planned, with an enhanced sense of realism, in order to solve the problem in which: compared to face-to-face customer services, remote customer services lack in excitement of customers when making travel plans; in a case of a conventional face-to-face customer service, a customer and an explainer can plan a trip while sharing materials of travel pamphlets and exchanging opinions; during this step, listening directly to experience of the explainer livens up the conversation and increases the customer's expectations for the trip; on the other hand, even the remote customer service involves sharing electronic data of travel pamphlets through screen sharing while planning a trip, however, because it is not the face-to-face customer service, it is difficult to raise the customer's expectations for the trip.SOLUTION: According to an instruction from an explainer terminal side, a personal image of the explainer is displayed in a main image column 140, a personal image of a customer is displayed in a sub image column 150, and images of landscapes and the like of a travel destination are displayed in each column 140 and 150 as a background image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 33
