PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the privacy of a user side and to enhance the reliability of personal information of the user at a broadcasting station side in the case that the user returns its personal information to the broadcasting side as its reaction in response to a broadcast program from the broadcasting station. SOLUTION: A broadcasting station 1 broadcasts information to request a reaction consisting of a protocol and data. A reception terminal 3 returns its reaction to the broadcasting station 1 through the Internet 4 on the basis of the information. The reaction from the reception terminal 3 is sent to an authentication station 5. the authentication station 5 has a storage section that stores personal information of each user, receives the information to request the reaction from the broadcasting station 1 and consisting of a protocol and data, receives the reaction from the reception terminal 3, discriminates whether or not the reaction matches a specific condition by using the information in the storage section and transmits the reaction received from the reception terminal 3 to the broadcasting station 1 only when the reaction satisfies the specific condition. Thus, the privacy of the user of each reception terminal can be protected and the broadcasting station side obtains highly reliable information.
