PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure communication quality using efficiently only available carriers while avoiding reduction in the transmission rate.
SOLUTION: The system includes a correction calculation part for calculating a correction for a reception signal, a status decision part for determining the reception statuses of a plurality of carriers based on the correction calculated by the correction calculation part, a decision information inserter for decision information in a transmission signal based on the decision made by the status deciding part, a transmission mode determining part for determining a transmission mode based on the decision information inserted in the transmission signal, a transmission mode information inserter for information about the transmission mode determined by the transmission mode determining part in the transmission signal, and a transmission mode decision part for deciding the transmission mode of the transmission signal based on the transmission mode information inserted in the transmission signal.
