Abstract:
To provide a communication system capable of efficiently automatic executing the recovery process by detecting faults that cannot be detected by the terminal.SOLUTION: The communication system includes a management device that is connected to a terminal. The terminal includes: a log information management unit that collects log information and transmits the same to the management device; a self-failure analysis unit that analyzes the presence or absence of abnormal events in the terminal from the log information and determines self-healing actions; a recovery notification transmission unit that notifies the management device of self-recovery processing to the abnormal events; and a self-recovery processing unit that executes a series of self-recovery processing to the abnormal events or a series of recovery processing commanded by the management device. The management device includes: a failure analysis unit that determines a series of recovery processing by analyzing the presence or absence of anomalous events at the terminal based on a piece of log information collected from the terminal; a recovery notification receiver that receives a notification of self-recovery processing for abnormal events from the terminal; and a restoration order unit that commands the terminal to execute the recovery processing for abnormal events detected by the failure analysis unit according to the presence or absence of notifications.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
