A requirement determining means (76) determines whether the part of the book that the character or person is reading, determined by the determining means (74), meets the requirement of the reading part. A speech output means (78) outputs the speech of the character or person based on the speech information related to the reading part requirements so long as the part of the book that the character or person is reading meets the reading part requirements.
