Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a system for letting only predetermined terminal devices share particular information to readily add a terminal device capable of accessing the particular information while maintaining security.SOLUTION: A management server 100 stores an invitation key in response to a request from a terminal device 300a (S20). The terminal device 300a transmits the invitation key to a terminal device 300b (S22), and in turn the terminal device 300b transmits a participation registration request including the invitation key to the management server 100 (S23). If the management server 100 receives the same key as the stored invitation key from the other terminal device 300b via the same access point 200 as used for communication by the terminal device 300a, it permits the terminal device 300b to participate in a conference (S24 and S25).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
