Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, a relay communication device, an electromagnetic induction communication device, and an information storage medium, which can realize a low-cost communication system communicating in an electromagnetic induction system, and to provide a communication system capable of increasing a permissible positional shift of an IC card relative to a reader/writer.SOLUTION: A communication system 1 includes an IC card 40, a reader/writer 21 and a relay communication device 30. The reader/writer 21 has a control part 27 for processing communication to/from an IC chip 41 of the IC cart 40 by: an R/W loop antenna 21a of the reader/writer 21 communicating with a relay loop antenna 31 of the relay communication device 30 in an electromagnetic induction system; a relay conduction member 32 of the relay communication device 30 electrostatically coupling with a conductive plate 42A of the IC card 40; a housing 33 of the relay communication device 30 electrostatically coupling with a body 5 of a user; and the body 5 of the user electrostatically coupling with a conductive plate 42B of the IC card 40.
