To provide a method capable of realizing an antenna gain of at least N decibels by realizing an antenna gain nearer to an omni-antenna in a direction perpendicular to a line.
The method is related to a radio tag system without power supply for conveying information such as road signs to vehicles, and secures a high antenna gain for an antenna of the radio tag without power supply mounted on the traffic signs in order to extend a communication distance of the radio tag without power supply to 20 meters or more. That is, the antenna is set up to be a N-stepped colinear antenna formed by a double-sided panel type balanced wire line, and the antenna gain of at least N-decibels can be realized, since the antenna gain nearer to the omni-antenna is realized in a direction perpendicular to the wire line by forming the panel with a balanced wire line which interposes a base material including a section having a permeable body.
