To effectively prevent fraudulent rewriting of the transfer destination in requesting a transfer processing by Internet banking.

In a server device 101, a user has registered the same client device 104 and a cell phone 108 correspondingly. When there is a transfer treatment request from the client device 104, an encryption key is send to the cell phone 108 corresponded to the client device 104; the cell phone 108 inputs the transfer destination account number from the user; the account number is encrypted by using the encryption key received from the server device 101; the account number after encryption is sent to the server device 101 via the client device 104; the account number is obtained by a decryption processing at the server device 101; an account name is extracted from the obtained account number; and the extracted account name is presented to the client device 104. When the user requests the transfer execution, the transfer processing is carried out.
