To allow a user to use an application he/she wants to use even when the application is not loaded on an NFC-responding store terminal.

An NFC portable terminal 1-k (k is at least one of 1-n) preliminarily stores an application list and data of applications. The NFC-responding store terminal 2 performs polling and requests acquisition of the application list to the NFC portable terminal 1-k which responses thereto. The NFC portable terminal 1-k transmits the application list to the store terminal 2 and displays the application list on a customer display. When an end user of the NFC terminal 1-k touches the customer display to select an application to be used, the store terminal 2 requests transmission of this application to the NFC portable terminal. The store terminal 2 installs the downloaded application.
