A TSI information judgement means 13 judges whether or not telephone number information (TSI) is sent from a calling side terminal and a table retrieval means 14 judges whether or not a free space is present in the telephone number registration table. A condition judgement means 15 judges whether or not to automatically register the telephone number and a table registration means 16 registers the received TSI information in the number registration table 12.
