A mobile phone comprises: an RF block 4 detecting call incoming or mail receipt from the outside through a communication circuit; a non-contact IC 10 performing electronic payment processing for goods or services, by a radio signal; and a CPU 1 of which processing transitions to call processing by off-hook operation according to the call incoming from the outside in the case that the RF block 4 detects the call incoming when the non-contact IC 10 does not perform the payment processing, and transmits a holding tone generated by performing automatic incoming in response to the call incoming from the outside to a partner and suspends the transition to the call processing in response to the call incoming from the outside when the non-contact IC 10 performs the payment processing.
