Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid occurrence of a wasteful communication cost by allowing the communication terminal equipment to make communication with only service information where information not read is in existence when the communication terminal equipment accesses sequentially plural service areas to collect information served by each service.
SOLUTION: To an automatic cyclic list section 26, access control information representing a condition relating to date and time to execute communication as to each of plural services to be accessed and an access history representing a history of date and time when unread information is obtained from the service are set. An automatic cyclic execution section 22 is started at a prescribed time by a programmable timer 4 at a prescribed date and time interval and makes communication sequentially with a service discriminated to reach a date and time for the execution of communication, based on the access control information set in the automatic cyclic list section 26. An access state analysis section 24 analyzes the regularity with respect to a date and time when each service updates its information, based on the communication result and updates the access control information, based on the analysis result.
