Patent Searching and Data

Title:
COMMUNICATION TERMINAL WITH MEMORY BOX FUNCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3339365
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid further transmission of received data to others by storing only read data when inhibition of received data storage is set, by setting data storage conditions in a memory box and storing data in the memory box on the set conditions when there is a memory box designated-data reception or data read.
SOLUTION: Conditions for storage into an image memory 4 are set in a RAM 5 by an operating part 8. When there is a data reception or a data read from a reading part 9 as designated in the image memory 4, a main control part 1 stores the data in the image memory 4 on the set conditions. When storage of the received data is inhibited by the set conditions, the received data can not be stored in the image memory 4 but immediately a line is disconnected or only printing-out is performed by a recording part 10. Therefore, the stored data becomes only the data read by the reading part 9 and the received data can be prevented from being further transmitted to another equipment. Namely, the image memory 4 can be set only for transmission.
