Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable accumulation operation by preventing the occurrence of a state where a memory overflows during the accumulation of information and only incomplete information is accumulated.
SOLUTION: A memory residual amount detection means 9 detects the memory residual amount M is a memory 30. A threshold generation means 41 outputs a threshold Mth concerning the memory residual amount in the memory 30. A comparison means 53 compares the memory residual amount M detected by the memory residual amount detection means 9 with a threshold Mth outputted from the threshold generation means 41. A priority judgment means 51 judges priority on the permission of accumulation to the memory 30. When the comparison means 53 judges that the memory residual amount M becomes lower than the threshold Mth, a selection means 52 selects an accumulation operation permitting accumulation to the memory 30.
