To provide a communication terminal which can manage history information of communication terminals managed integrally and can confirm whether or not the delivery of information is surely carried out.

A communication terminal discloses, to an UDDI base, the fact that the communication terminal is equipped with a function of providing a communication history via a network, acquires a list of communication terminals from the UDDI base, and selects a communication terminal as a communication destination from the list of communication terminals. The communication terminal requests the communication history to the communication terminal selected by this selection means. The selected communication terminal, when receiving the request for the communication history, returns the communication history of its own to the request source. The request source communication terminal, when receiving the returned communication history, displays the sending/receiving state from the communication history to confirm the communication state of the target communication terminals for such sending/ receiving.
