Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a communication unit being installed between an exchange and a transmission unit or between transmission units in which a system can be configured freely even after mounting the communication unit onto the shelf of electronic circuit board.
CONSTITUTION: An open rack is combined with a shelf 1 being mounted thereon such that the office cables for interconnecting external electronic devices can be led directly from the back side into the connector 2 of an electronic circuit board 4 for external connection. A back wiring board 6 on the back of the shelf 1 is provided with a sheet connector 5 to be connected with the power supply connector 3 of the electronic circuit board 4.
