PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of static electricity and provide a method by which a long communication wire can be laid in a pipeline by air current.
CONSTITUTION: A communication wire 1 is supplied from a reel 2 and sent to a pipeline 3 through a pressure-sending head 4. Compressed air is also sent to the pipeline 3 from a compressor 5 through the pressure-sending head 4. Graphite is made to adhere to the surface of an outer coating of the communication wire 1 in the way graphite is projected out of the coating material. Generated static electricity can be removed by circulating, together with air current, graphite peeled during pressure-sending process and the communication wire 1 can be prevented from closely adhering to the pipeline 3 due to the static electricity. The peeled graphite can be recovered to a recovering bottle 6 through a filter 7.
