PURPOSE: To prevent the unlawful viewing and to reduce a construction cost by inputting only the information specified by a terminal controller among a piece of information from a center.
CONSTITUTION: When services from a CAPTAIN system are received, an image receiver 61 is matched to an idle channel, and the request from a terminal controller 20 to a unit 10 is made through the operation of a key pad 51. The unit 10 connects a public telephone network 7, and displays CAPTAIN information on the receiver 61 through an in-house wiring network 19 and the unit 10 itself. In a communications control part 13, an input request signal is collated. When it is applicable to contract conditions, the information to be transmitted is multiplexed and transmitted. Simultaneously a selection signal is outputted to a converter part 12, and a video signal from a line wire divided wave synthesizing part 11 is so processed to be receivable by the receiver 61 corresponding to the terminal controller 20.
