To allow for communication between an apparatus received in a control board and an external terminal, without opening the control board door.SOLUTION: A communication system includes one or more controller apparatus 1 received in a control board 5, and performing input-output of signals, an external terminal 2 for inputting and outputting signals, a supersonic wave transmitter-receiver 3 attached to the controller apparatus 1, individually, and a supersonic wave transmitter-receiver 4 connected with the external terminal 2. Each supersonic wave transmitter-receiver 3 has a transmission section 31 for converting a signal outputted from the controller apparatus 1, to which the own machine is connected, into ultrasonic waves and conducting it to the control board 5, a receiving part 32 for receiving the ultrasonic waves, conducted to the control board 5, and converting it into a signal, and an output part 33 for outputting a signal, obtained from the receiving part 32, to the controller apparatus 1 to which the own machine is connected. The supersonic wave transmitter-receiver 4 has a transmission section 41 abutting on the control board 5, and converting a signal outputted from the external terminal 2 into ultrasonic waves and conducting it to the control board 5, a receiving part 42 abutting on the control board 5, and receiving the ultrasonic waves conducted to the control board 5 and converting it into signals, and an output part 43 for outputting a signal, obtained by the receiving part 42, to the external terminal 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
