PURPOSE: To make the picture quality of all television receivers excellent by simplifying the system design and to easily correct the deteriorated picture quality when it is deteriorated with time.

CONSTITUTION: An output of an antenna 1 is branched to plural branch circuits 3 and plural sub dividers 4 are connected in series with each branch circuit 3. A booster 5 is built in any of the sub dividers 4. The sub divider 4 is of wall flush type to be embedded in a wall of a building. An input terminal 6 and a main output terminal 7 are placed in the inside of a casing 4A in the sub divider 4 and a branch output terminal 8 is exposed to a surface panel 4B. The sub divider 4 is of a current-through type and power is supplied to the booster 5 from a power supply 9 connecting to a cable.
