Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or effectively suppress destruction of a segment during fusing processing in a configuration in which an inside nail is formed in an intermediate section in a longer direction of a segment.SOLUTION: With a commutator 22, a recess 58 is formed on a face of an insulator 40 side in a segment body section 50. The recess 58 is formed in the segment body section 50 when part of the segment body section 50 is cut and raised and the inside nail 56 is formed. Inside of the recess 58, a protrusion 60 is provided that projects at the insulator 40 side with the segment body section 50. The protrusion 60 lines in a radial direction of the insulator 40 relative to a connecting claw 52. Therefore, in the segment body section 50, a portion subjected to fusing processing is specified as a thick section 62 that is thicken by the protrusion 60 with a winding 26 being surrounded by the connecting claw 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
