Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel commutator piece which improves abrasion resistance with respect to electric abrasion caused by spark discharge.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a commutator piece in which a low electric resistance alloy body and a high electric resistance alloy body are disposed while being layered in such a manner that electric resistance becomes higher towards a rear side in a rotation direction, and a resistance value is changed step by step. A commutator piece 45 comprises a low electric resistance alloy body 41 at a front side in the rotation direction, a first high electric resistance alloy body 42 at the back of the low electric resistance alloy body, and further, a second high electric resistance alloy body 43 at a rearmost side. In such a case, the first high electric resistance alloy body 42 becomes a portion in which electric resistivity is lower than that of the second high electric resistance alloy body 43. A slit body (groove-like recess) 44 is disposed between the commutator pieces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
