Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commutator motor element having a new anti-centrifugal force structure with new engagement layers formed on surfaces of commutator pieces which are structure bodies in the shape of an irregular comb or the like.SOLUTION: A commutator 45 includes a plurality of commutator pieces 45a having surface layer structures and a molded resin body 50. Regarding an external shape of the commutator piece 45a, a cross-section thereof viewed from a direction equal to a rotation shaft direction of the commutator 45 has a substantially rectangular shape or a π-like shape. The commutator piece 45a has a π-shaped embedding section 49 and a winding wire fastening section (hook section) 45b. A winding-start section and a winding-end section of an armature wind wire serve as a jumper wire with a connection point 48, electrically connected to the winding wire fastening section (hook section) 45b, formed along the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
