Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commutator motor element of a novel structure which can accomplish weight saving, high output, and low cost of a commutator motor using an armature winding of an aluminum wire and avoid electric corrosion caused by standard potential difference due to contact of dissimilar metals.SOLUTION: A commutator 401 has a cylindrical form concentric with a central axis 401a of a revolving shaft. The commutator 401 comprises a sliding part 402, a resin molding 406, a mixing part 403, and a winding fastening part (hook part) 404. The sliding part 402 is located at an outer peripheral side. The cylindrical commutator 401 is structured to alternatively arrange a commutator segment 402a and a recess of a groove 407 on the cylindrical outer peripheral surface. The groove 407 is a groove recess arranged in the same direction as a longitudinal direction of the revolving shaft. The commutator segment 402a is arranged in the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the revolving shaft. In the commutator segment 402a, the sliding part 402 mainly contains a copper-based material, and the winding fastening part (hook part) 404 mainly contains an aluminum-based material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A
