Abstract:
To prevent a disconnection of winding by avoiding a situation that the winding is covered by resin dissolved at the time of thermal bonding.SOLUTION: A commutator 10 has a resin supporter 11 formed into a stepped cylindrical shape, a metal commutator piece 12 having an arcuate curved plate part 12a in surface contact with an outer peripheral surface in a small diameter part of the supporter 11 and a plate-like terminal 12b extended outside in a radial direction from an axial direction end part of the curved plate part 12a, and a washer 13 sandwiching a root part 21 of the terminal 12b to be mounted with respect to a step surface 11a of the supporter 11 and fixing a position of the commutator piece 12 with respect to the supporter 11. The terminal 12b has a bent shape opened to one axial direction and having an inner wall part 22 along an outer peripheral surface of a large diameter part of the supporter 11, an outer wall part 24 located outside in the radial direction of the inner wall part 22, and a valley-folded part 23 connecting the respective end parts in the axial direction of the inner wall part 22 and the outer wall part 24. A width of the valley-folded part 23 is smaller than that of the inner wall part 22 and larger than that of the root part 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
