Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc-shaped rectifier capable of facilitating removal of foreign matters more significantly than in prior art.
SOLUTION: A gap 23, between commutator pieces 21, 21 of the commutator 2 having a disc-shaped rectifying surface, is formed so as to be divergent in the radially outward direction and toward a gap opening (axial). Thus, foreign matter in the gap 23 can be facilitated significantly.
