Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact ball valve device capable of facilitating manufacture, assembly, and disassembly greatly and having excellent durability, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and seal leakage prevention function and general-purpose property.
SOLUTION: An inner valve casing C which has an inward flange part 9 forming a valve seat 8 at one end and an outward flange part 10 at the other end on an inner peripheral face of a first outer valve casing A among the first outer valve casing A and a second outer valve casing B which constitute a valve body 1, respectively, and stores a coil spring 12 bringing a spherical body 11 into pressure-contact with the valve seat inside it is fitted in such a way that the inward flange part 9 forms an annular clearance 13 between an inner face of an annular end wall 3 of the first outer valve casing A and it. The outward flange part is locked and fixed in an annular end face 14 of the first outer valve casing A. A seal ring 15 coming into contact annularly and elastically with an exposed spherical face part 11A of the spherical body 11 exposed on an outer side of a valve seat port in a condition in which it is brought into pressure-contact with the valve seat 8 is compressed and fitted in the annular clearance 13. Each valve casing is integrally molded by synthetic resin.
