To provide a compact electric vehicle equipped with a fuel cell with a water tank, capable of storing discharged water temporarily, suppressing water discharging quantity and enabling a user to discharge the water in the tank easily.
In this compact electric vehicle 1, a fuel cell unit 28 is mounted in the lower part of a driving seat 14 arranged in the rear part of a vehicle frame 4, and this fuel cell unit 28 is covered with a vehicle body cover. Moreover, wheels 2, 3 are driven by an electric motor driven by electric power supplied from this fuel cell unit 28. The vehicle is provided with a radiator 37 cooling exhaust gas including water vapor discharged at the time of generation of electrical energy by an electrochemical reaction in a fuel cell stack 29 constituting the fuel cell unit 28. The exhaust gas cooled by this radiator 37 is led to a first water tank 31, and the exhaust gas which passed through this first water tank 31 is led to a second water tank 51.
