CONSTITUTION: When a material 36 is fed into a hopper 56 for dumping into a dum truck, the material 36 is dropped onto an earth and sand feeding conveyor 54 by the given volume by a vibrator 57 and conveyed thereon, and the material 36 is fed onto a chute 35. On the other hand, a plurality of bobbins 58, 58... on which continuous long fibers such as polyester are wound and accommodated in a yarn box 55, and the continuous long fibers pass through a yarn duct 59 and blown into the chute 35 by a capstan device 60. The material 36 in the chute 35 is filled into respective containers 15, 15, and when the containers 15 pass through on cylinders 30, press rollers 34 are lowered to press a cover 16. The containers 15 fixed onto a conveyor chain 14 are moved forward while receiving the pressure of the conveyor 16, and the material in the containers 15 is pressurized by the constant pressure to subjected to the compaction into blocks 42 and dropped onto a product drawing conveyor 62.
