Abstract:

PURPOSE: To effectively execute the acceleration/deceleration compensation by generating the compensation quantity on the basis of the difference between the value at this time and the value in the preceding time of the speed standard signal and the adjusted gain, when the acceleration/deceleration speed compensation value is obtained in the acceleration/deceleration of a driving system.

CONSTITUTION: When an iron and steel process line which can be classified to the input side, center part, and the exist side is in operation, the speed standard signal Vn outputted from an S-figure speed standard signal generating means 1c is supplied into a bridle roll speed standard signal output means 3 through an addition calculation means 13, in the bridle motor driving system in a center section. In this case, each speed standard signal Vn in acceleration and deceleration is compensated by the signal ΔV and supplied into the bridle roll standard signal output means 3. The acceleration/deceleration compensation quantity ΔV compensates the speed in the acceleration/deceleration of a bridle motor, obtaining the acceleration/deceleration compensation quantity ΔV by multiplying the difference between the value obtained at this time in the driving system and the value in the preceding time, by the gain *A times, when the gain applied by an amplifying means 11 is set *A.
