Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate a position while performing scraping out continuously even if a deviation occurs in a scraped out hold obtained by a scrape out pattern and relative position detection to continue automatic operation.
SOLUTION: When a scrape out pattern position of a continuous unloader which operates the unloader automatically by determining a scrape out pattern for scraped out hold in advance and performs scraping out continuously by following the scrape up pattern is compensated, a travel operation device 22 which moves a position of a scrape out part of the unloader manually during continuous scraping out due to automatic operation of the unloader is provided in a computer 20 for automatic operation, and compensation is done so that the center of the scrape, out pattern after this is moved based on a signal from the travel operation device 22. Consequently, it is possible to move the center of the scrape out pattern manually even during automatic operation and continue automatic operation safely without stopping the operation.
