Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the processing performance of a parallel processing program in a multijob environment in the compiler of multiprocessor system.
CONSTITUTION: A parallel processing code generation means 21 generates the parallel processing code for a parallel processing part of a source program 1 and a serial code generation means 23 generates a serial code. When the particle size of the parallel processing part at the time of compiling can be obtained, a particle size code generation means 22 generates a code showing the value. If it can not be obtained, the means 22 generates a code obtaining the particle size at the time of execution. A time slice value taking code generation means 24 generates a code taking out a time slice value. A selection code generation means 25 generates a code executing either of the parallel code or the serial codes based on the time slice value, the particle size, and the number of processors.
