Abstract:
PURPOSE:To execute stable and complementary feed-back control. CONSTITUTION:A static characteristic part 102 executes static characteristic compensation and a dynamic characteristic part 104 executes dynamic characteristic compensation. When the synthetic output is outputted as manipulated variable, a compensating circuit 106 outputs the synthetic output to process 105 so as to execute feed-back control when a set point monitoring part detects the change of a set point so as to output a manipulated variable output command, when a time control part outputs the manipultated variable output command because a prescribed cycle arrives or when a manipulated variable monitoring part detects that manipulated variable exceeds a prescribed range so as to become large and outputs the manipulated variable output command. Thus, in the case manipulated variable is smaller than the prescribed range, manipulated variable is prevented from being outputted so that the controlled variable of process 105 does not execute unnecessarily slight variation and the stability of control is realized.
