A compliance evaluation support system (CESS) 100 includes: a storage unit 150 for storing a risk information master table (RIMT) in which an operation plan element and risk information associated with the operation plan element are stipulated, and a compliance master table (CMT) in which the risk information and legal risk information associated with the risk information are stipulated; an acquisition unit (ACQ) for acquiring the operation plan element; a risk information generation unit (RIG) for generating risk information relating to the operation plan element; and a legal risk information generation unit (LRIG) for retrieving the compliance master table by the generated risk information, and generating legal risk information associated with matched risk information as a legal risk with respect to the operation plan element.
