Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component conveyor in and out of a chamber capable of effectively preventing a dew formation in an opening of the chamber in the case of receiving and delivering a component in and out of the chamber in the state that the chamber is particularly at the ambient temperature or lower (normal temperature or lower) and a component tester.
SOLUTION: The component conveyor has a moving base 4 slidably passing an opening 6 provided in a chamber 300 substantially sealed therein and mounted reciprocally in and out of the chamber 300, a component container 12 provided on a surface of the base 4 and detachably mountable for the component, an outside shutter 50 provided at an outside end of the chamber of the base 4, with the base 4 passed through the opening 6, brought into contact with an outside peripheral edge of the opening 6 at a position for slidably moving to the inside of the chamber 300 to a maximum limit to seal the opening 6, and an inside shutter 52 brought into contact with the inside peripheral edge of the opening 6 at a position for slidably moving to an outside of the chamber 300 to a maximum limit to seal the opening 6.
