Abstract:
PURPOSE: To protect a chip component against damage caused by the shock induced at the time when a descending suction nozzle abuts against the chip component arriving at a suction position as separated from a shoot outlet.
CONSTITUTION: A chip component 4 housed in a groove 34 is moved to a chip suction station through the outlet of a shoot 27 by making a rotor pivot. When a descending suction nozzle 14 is abutled against the chip component 4 at the station concerned, a pushing rod 71 energized by a compression spring 75 is made to descend supporting the chip component 4 to absorb the shock induced when the nozzle 14 abuts against the chip component 4.
