Abstract:
To allow a driver and the like to grasp replacement times of various friction materials at proper timings.SOLUTION: A clutch disc 60 includes a disc-shaped or circular arc-shaped plate 22 rotatable by a center shaft, and a clutch facing 61 fixed to an outer peripheral portion of a plane of the plate 22 by fixing means, and applying a friction material having a disc-shaped or circular arc-shaped plane or a rectangular cross-section as a mother phase. The clutch facing 61 has an abrasive region 61A from a surface of the disc-shaped or circular arc-shaped plane to a predetermined depth in a thickness direction, and a life region 61B as a remaining part, and a low friction layer 63 including a desired low frictional body 62 having a frictional coefficient smaller than that of the mother phase, is disposed on a part adjacent to the life region 61B, in the abrasive region 61A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
