To provide a cross bare member in which lateral bending and camber are not caused, that is, which does not require a straightening stage in the manufacture of a cross bar which is the component of a grid body and its manufacturing method in the manufacture of a cross bar which is the component of a grid body and to provide the component of the grid body and its manufacturing method the process of which is simple and easy, which does not require special assembly equipment and is excellent in man-hour, process and manufacturing cost and by which a product having high accuracy can be easily manufactured.
In this component of the grid body, notched parts are provided at constant pitch at least to one edge part of a member having symmetrical cross section the middle part of which is thick and both right and left sides of which are thin side projecting parts.
