To make simply detectable the tilted state of a component by forming a tilt detecting reference line, which detects the tilted state of the component, on the surface of a component mounting board.
Tilt detecting reference lines 4A, 4B, 4C and 4D, which detect the tilted state of a component 3 are formed on the surface 2 of this component mounting board 1. Then, the component 2 is observed visually from the obliquely upper part in a direction in which the reference lines 4A, 4D as one set are extended from the front to the rear. When the component 3 is overlapped with the reference line 4A or the reference line 4D, the component 3 is detected to be in a tilted state so as to be sorted. In addition, when the component 3 is not in the tilted state but in an ordinary state, the component 3 is turned by 90° together with the board 1. The component 3 is visually observed from the obliquely upper part in a direction in which the reference lines 4B, 4C as the other set are extended from the front. When the component 3 is overlapped with the reference line 4B or the reference line 4C, the component 3 is detected to be in a tilted state so as to be sorted.
