Abstract:
To reduce a burden on an operator generated when a head is replaced.SOLUTION: A component mounting system includes: a plurality of types of nozzles; a plurality of types of calibration jigs provided according to the type of the nozzle; a calibration jig housing station for housing the plurality of types of calibration jigs; a plurality of types of heads on which the nozzle and the calibration jig are mounted; and a plurality of component mounting machines. Each component mounting machine includes: a substrate conveyance device for conveying a substrate or the calibration jig housing station; a head holding unit; and a control unit. The control unit is configured to be capable of executing: carry-in processing of the substrate or the calibration jig housing station; component mounting processing; calibration processing of taking out the calibration jig from the calibration jig housing station and executing calibration work for calibrating a position of the head in a state in which the head is mounted onto the head holding unit while no nozzle is mounted on the head; and carrying-out processing for carrying out the substrate or the calibration jig housing station as of after the processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
