PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by reducing the temperature rise of a photoelectric conversion element.SOLUTION: A component for a photoelectric conversion device comprises: a first base part 11 having a side surface including a mounting region 11a for a photoelectric conversion element 3; a second base part 12 arranged side by side with the first base part 11; and an optical element 2 which is provided on the second base part 12 and has a light reflecting part 22 for reflecting incident light toward the mounting region 11a.
