Abstract:
To make it difficult to generate a press-fit failure, component deformation, etc.
The component press-fit method is to pressurize the first component W1 and press-fit it in the second component W2. The first component is press-fit in the second component by repeating a depressing step several times to add a depressing force to the first component in the press-fit direction of the second component by means of a depressing means 110. The depressing means is the pressurizing mechanism 110 having a depressing pin 111 and a pressurizing means 112 to pressurize the depressing pin 111. The pressurize means 112 is controlled by a control part 140 to set the pressure and the depressing time for the depressing pin 111.
