Abstract:
To provide a component replacement monitoring device of a folding machine capable of outputting an alarm by accurately estimating replacement timing of a saw blade receiver, and an offset rotary press.SOLUTION: A component replacement monitoring device of a folding machine comprises: a saw drum rotatably provided and having a saw blade for cutting a web into a prescribed length; a folding drum rotatably provided and having a saw blade receiver contacted with the saw blade; and a pair of folding rollers laterally folding a sheet formed by laterally cutting the web by the saw drum and the folding drum. The component replacement monitoring device has: a vibration sensor detecting the vibration of the folding rollers; an alarm control part outputting a component replacement alarm due to deterioration of the saw blade receiver on the basis of the vibration of the folding rollers detected by the vibration sensor; and a display device displaying the component replacement alarm output by the alarm control part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
