PURPOSE: To make it possible to perform rapidly a secondary processing of composing data by providing a function which is not converted by a composing method and becomes as it is data for outputting and is not displayed and is not outputted for printing

CONSTITUTION: Composing data are prepared from originals by means of a composing data making means 1, wherein according to the indications of the originals, ordinary functions 32, 33, 34 are added to the characters of the originals to impart styles of characters which are outputted as printed matters to the character of the originals. In this case, functions which are not converted by a composing means 21 and become data for outputting, as they are, and also are not outputted to a display means 4 and printing output means 5 are added to a character arrangement which is not indicated in the originals, however, which may be possibly used as a secondary processing in future based on the operator's experience. As a result, a new indication can be handled rapidly.
