This component is provided with a capacitor part C and a resistor part R on an insulating board 1. The capacitor part C is formed by laminating a lower electrode 4, a thick dielectric film 5 and an upper electrode 6. In the resistor part R, a thick film resistor film 9 is arranged between electrodes 7, 8. A crystallized glass film 10, an amorphous glass film 11 and a first resin protective film 12 are arranged on the upper electrode 6 of the capacitor part C. The amorphous glass film 11, the first resin protective film 12 and a second resin protective film 13 whose thickness and color tone are different from those of the first resin protective film 12 are arranged on the resistor part R.
