Abstract:
To provide a composite composition which can stabilize biomolecules.SOLUTION: Provided is a composite composition comprising: cellulose nanofibers having a cellulose I type crystal structure and being anionically modified; and biomolecules, where a water content of the composite composition is 20 mass% or less. The composite composition can be obtained by mixing the biomolecules with an aqueous dispersion of the cellulose nanofibers having a cellulose I type crystal structure and being anionically modified, and drying the mixture until the water becomes 20 mass% or less. The composite composition can be used, for example, for a biosensor.SELECTED DRAWING: None
